1. Subscription Service

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and at the applicable subscription fee. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee using your selected payment method.

4. Billing

Subscription charges are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. If your payment cannot be processed, your access to the subscription service may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully completed.

Your subscription is provided by Visatech S.R.L. Depending on your region, the charge may be collected by one of its group companies, and a group company name can therefore appear on your bank or card statement. Those companies are under common ownership and are listed in the Terms and Conditions.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future renewals, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid subscription period unless otherwise specified. Depending on how you subscribed, cancellation can be completed through:

• The My Account section → Active subscription section → click Cancel;
• Your mobile network operator's subscription management portal;
• The relevant app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store);

6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our services. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or free from interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
