1. Data We Collect

When you use our Service, we may collect the following types of data:

• Registration Data: Name, Email address, Mobile number, Profile photo.
• Technical Data: IP address, Device information, and general usage logs.
• User Content Data:
  • Input Data: Text prompts, source images (including facial images), or source videos that you submit to the AI for generation.
  • Output Data: The images and videos created by the Service.
• Face Data: Facial images and photos you voluntarily upload for use with our AI tools and features (AI Headshot Generation, AI-Stylist, AI-Hairstyle, and others). See section 1.1 for the full feature list and detailed face data handling.

We do not collect sensitive personal data unless it is essential for app functionality.

1.1. FACE DATA COLLECTION AND USE

What Face Data We Collect:

Our app collects and processes facial images and photos that you voluntarily upload for use with our AI tools and features, including:

This includes any photographs or images containing human faces that you submit as input to our AI tools.

How We Use Face Data:

We use the collected facial images for the following specific purposes:

• AI Headshot Generation: Creating professional headshots from your photos.
• AI-Stylist: Dresses a selected model in chosen outfit combinations across tops, bottoms, footwear, and backgrounds.
• AI-Fashion: Transfers the outfit style from a fashion reference image onto the user's own photo.
• AI-Hairstyle: Swaps in a new hairstyle onto the user's photo; supports a text prompt to fine-tune the result.
• Multi-Angle: Generates multiple consistent views of the subject in the photo — front, side, and back angles.
• AI Gamedump: Stylises the user's photo to look like a character from a chosen game art style.
• Surrounded By Animal: Places the user inside a scene surrounded by a chosen animal in a natural stylised setting.
• AI-Photodump: Recreates the casual multi-photo "photo dump" aesthetic automatically from a single portrait image.
• Pose Control: Repositions the subject in a photo to match a selected pose preset or a hand-drawn doodle pose.
• AI Image Relighter: Changes the lighting on an image by adjusting direction, intensity, colour, and type of light source.
• What's Next: Predicts and generates what would logically appear in the next frame or scene after the given photo.
• AI Skin Glow: Enhances facial skin quality and adds a glowing, polished look using one of several enhancer modes.
• AI Transitions: Creates a smooth animated video transition between a start and end image using a chosen transition style.
• AI Tingle: Animates a still portrait into a short video clip with ASMR-style visual effects driven by a text prompt.
• Expand Image: Extends the edges of the user's photo outwards, generating new surroundings beyond the original frame.
• Smart Inpaint: Replaces or removes selected areas within the user's photo, generating new content in their place from a text prompt.
• Face Enhancement and Editing: Improving or modifying facial features in images.
• AI Image and Video Generation: Using your facial images as input to generate new AI-created images and videos based on your prompts.

We do not use face data for facial recognition, identity verification, or user tracking purposes.

Third-Party Sharing and Storage:

Face data processing is handled in two ways depending on the AI model you select:

• Internal Processing: Some AI models process your facial images directly on our secure infrastructure without sharing with external parties.
• External AI Providers: For certain advanced AI models, we share your facial images with trusted third-party AI service providers including:
  • RunPod and Modal (Self-hosted infrastructure)
  • Google Gemini Flash (via Nano Banana)
  • Seedance & Seedream (Byteplus)
  • GPT Image 2.0

  These providers process the images solely to generate your requested output and are bound by strict data protection agreements.

All face data, including uploaded images and AI-generated outputs, is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure in compliance with industry-standard security practices.

Face Data Retention:

Your facial images and generated content are retained in your account until you choose to delete them. You have complete control over your face data and can delete any uploaded images or generated content at any time through the app. Upon deletion, the data is permanently removed from our systems.

If you delete your account, all associated face data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your Rights Regarding Face Data:

You have the right to:

• Access all face data we have collected from you
• Request immediate deletion of your face data
• Withdraw consent for face data processing at any time
• Receive a copy of your face data in a portable format

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@rtst.ai or delete content directly within the app.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including processing your input for AI image and video generation.
• To notify you about updates or changes to the Service.
• To offer customer support and manage your account.
• To improve app performance and enhance AI generation quality.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, misuse, or technical issues.
• To store your generated content securely.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. DATA SHARING

We do not share your personal information with third parties outside of Visatech S.R.L and the group companies listed above, except in these cases:

• When using trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, or storage) to operate the Service.
• When required by law or to respond to legitimate governmental requests.
• When you have given explicit consent, such as choosing to share your generated media publicly.

All third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

Within the group, DDT FZCO processes the data needed to bill and support customers in the Middle East, and Dharam Digital Private Limited processes the data that reaches it as publisher of record for the mobile applications on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Both act on our instructions and under the same data protection terms, and neither uses your data for its own purposes.

AI assistant integrations (ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients):

You can connect your RTST account to a third-party AI assistant through our MCP server (mcp.rtst.ai) — for example the RTST app in ChatGPT or a connector in Claude. Access is granted with OAuth: you sign in on rtst.ai and click Authorize; your password is never shared with the assistant. The assistant receives only what its requests need — the prompts and settings you send, the images you explicitly upload or select, and the results (links to your generated media, job status, your own library, credit balance and statement). Nothing about other users is reachable, and generations are stored in your RTST account exactly as when you use the website.

Your conversation with the assistant is processed by its provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) under that provider's own privacy policy; we do not receive it. The interactive cards we show inside ChatGPT run in an isolated frame and only display the result of the request you made. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the RTST app or connector in the assistant's settings; the tokens it held then stop working.

Face Data Sharing:

As detailed in section 1.1, when you use certain AI models, your facial images may be shared with the following third-party AI service providers for processing:

• RunPod and Modal (Self-hosted infrastructure)
• Google Gemini Flash (via Nano Banana)
• Seedance & Seedream (Byteplus)
• GPT Image 2.0

These providers use your face data solely to generate the requested AI output and do not retain or use the data for any other purpose. All providers are contractually obligated to comply with strict data protection standards and delete the data immediately after processing.

Your face data and generated content are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure, which maintains industry-leading security certifications and compliance standards.

4. DATA SECURITY

We have implemented suitable security measures to protect your personal data and generated content from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, please note that no digital transmission or storage method is completely secure.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data and generated content only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Face Data Retention:

Your facial images and AI-generated content containing faces are retained in your account until you choose to delete them. You have full control to delete any uploaded images or generated content at any time through the app interface. Upon deletion:

• The data is immediately removed from your accessible account
• It is permanently deleted from our AWS storage systems
• If shared with external AI providers during processing, those providers delete the data immediately after generation is complete

If you delete your entire account, all associated face data and generated content is permanently deleted from all systems within 30 days.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for specific data uses.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

RTST.ai is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in certain regions).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will promptly delete it.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
